Frequently Asked Questions
Every Littlebeesbuzz Massage course lasts 5 weeks, one session per week. When you book, it will be for the whole duration of the course.
A certificate of attendance will be provided at the last session.
You can book an appointment through our website enquiry form(services), by email, or by calling us directly.
Bring yourself and your little one. Also, bring anything you would take when you are out and about with your baby: such as nappies, changing clothes, muslins, a blanket, etc. We provide a yoga mat and complimentary vegetable oil bottle.
If the session is at your home, it is recommended to just create a calm and relax environment with fewer distractions and have anything you might need (nappies, milk, muslins, blanket…) nearby.
There is no problem at all. We accept babies with all their behaviours, including crying. Feel free to attend to your baby’s needs (changing nappy, feeding, rocking to sleep…). On each session there would be time to recap on previous sessions strokes, in case you couldn’t practice.
Yes, you are very welcome to attend with twins or multiples. We will adapt the space and pacing so you can feel supported. Where possible, another caregiver is encouraged to join you so each baby can receive focused attention, but you are also welcome to come on your own and we will work together to find what feels manageable for you and your babies.
Our course is open from birth to 12 months. We will always adapt the session to suit your baby’s cues and comfort.
If you or your little one have any medical concerns or ongoing health issues, please consult your physician before booking our course and let us know in advance.
Yes, partners and main caregivers are very welcome to join where space allows. Baby massage is a lovely way for all caregivers to build confidence, bond, and share a calm, nurturing routine with baby. But it is recommended that only one parent/caregiver at the time practice strokes and tune in. The other parent could practice with a spare doll.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session for another day/time. Remember that whole 5 week course is non-refundable and it will be paid prior to the start of the first session.
